The Old Net Loft

This is a new space available to hire as of spring 2022

 

Until as recently as 2012 this cavernous and atmospheric upstairs room was home to piles of fishing nets and lobster pots owned by some of the last fishermen to work off Brighton Beach. 

 

The beautiful victorian brickwork has been blasted back to its original raw finish and with the light coming in off the channel it makes this a wonderful new venue for all manner of purpose

 

Should you wish to hire this space for meetings, courses, lectures, plays, exhibits or anything else, please do get in touch and come down and have a look. The room can host 40-50 seated and has a legal maximum capacity of 60. We have chairs and tables and should you need to bring anything else or have the space cleared we would be happy to discuss and accommodate.
