£12.50 per hour (when hiring 5 hours+)

 

Until as recently as 2012 this cavernous and atmospheric upstairs room was home to piles of fishing nets and lobster pots owned by some of the last fishermen to work off Brighton Beach. 

 

The beautiful Victorian brickwork has been blasted back to its original raw finish and with the light coming in off the Channel it makes this a wonderful new venue for all manner of purpose

Should you wish to hire this space, it is suitable for workshops, courses, talks, meetings, theatre performances, rehearsals, and intimate music gigs. If you are unsure whether the space would be suitable for your event please feel free to get in touch and enquire.

The room can host 40-50 seated and has a legal maximum capacity of 60. We have chairs and tables and should you need to bring anything else or have the space cleared we would be happy to discuss and accommodate.
